Along with ample parking, the centres offer a stylish reception, break-out areas, boardrooms with the latest audio visual presentation equipment and tea and coffee making facilities.

The kitchen areas include seating, cooking facilities, dishwasher, hot water and filtered cold water. High quality washroom facilities are provided on each floor with lift access to each of the levels. The centres are fitted with emergency lighting, fire alarm system and first aid kit.

Our experienced business centre managers take care of the day-to-day running of your office suite so it’s hassle-free for you - dedicated staff are on-site daily, whilst 24-hour security and CCTV mean you can relax knowing your business is protected around the clock. Tenants can access their building 24/7; each tenant has a key fob to gain entry to the building and their office and, as an additional security measure, each wing has alarmed coded entry.

Each area of the building has been designed with ample consideration for disabled tenants, staff and visitors.
