The successful person will be working with Jen and Adele, our lovely Liverpool Speke business centre managers. We're looking for someone who can help our managers to tend to our tenants' every need and play a crucial role in the smooth running of our centres.

We operate two Liverpool business centres on Estuary Banks, Speke. They are two of our busiest centres with a buzzing atmosphere! We hope to introduce a vibrant, confident and enthusiastic person onto the team to free up some time for our centre managers. This will enable them to go to networking events, attend meetings at head office and oversee the running of our centres.

What will our apprentices be required to do?

Our successful Liverpool centre apprentice will help maintain the high standard of our business centres. Everyone who visits our centres is so impressed when they walk into reception - and you will help us to keep that wow factor coming!

This will include the upkeep of communal areas, like building entrances, receptions, lifts, lobbies, corridors, meeting rooms and car parks.

You'll also help our centre managers conduct viewings of the centre and its offices to potential tenants. In order to do this, you'll need to quickly understand our facilities, lease terms and how our centres work. You'll receive training and plenty of support from our centre managers!

In addition to this, you'll take on admin duties required to support our centre managers, as well as maintaining our Liverpool centres' information pack for tenants.

There will be other admin and maintenance duties you'll be asked to carry out, so the right person will be ready to get stuck in!
