More than 6,000 visitors have signed up to attend the exhibition, dubbed the biggest business event in the North.

Visitors can network, build business relationships and enjoy a glimpse into new products and services on offer from more than 100 companies.

More than 80 free seminars and workshops will cover topical areas such as social media, GDPR, selling, funding and more. Leading business experts set to deliver talks include Dragons Den's Hilary Devey and Steven Bartlett, founder of Manchester-based global business Social Chain.

Delegates can also book free 1-2-1 sessions with an expert who will be matched with them to offer support and advice. This can cover a range of topics including sales, marketing, digital, social media, trademarks, branding, finance and legal issues.

All events are free to attend.

Networking will take place in a large coffee area in the middle of the venue.

Guests can also save money on products and services with exclusive offers and discounts, as well as finding the right funding for their business.

There will also be a competition giving delegates the chance to win £5,000 funding for their business. The Business in a Box competition will invite budding entrepreneurs to deliver a five-minute pitch about their business idea to the panel. The winner will receive £5k cash and a range of free business services.

NBE18 will take place on Wednesday, 18 April and Thursday, 19 April between 10am and 4pm.

Blackburn Business First centre manager, Candy Powell, and Burnley centre manager, Michael Woodvine, will be joined by group director Leanne Gregson at the expo.
