I have known about Business First for the past 10 years. We have various clients in almost all of their other locations. (None in Ribble Court, yet!)
Why did you decide to operate from our offices?
Professional approach, support from the front reception desk, centrally located, nice, modern looks.

How has Business First helped you to run your business successfully?
Chloe on reception at Ribble Court, goes above and beyond to ensure we are looked after here. She provides a pleasant initial contact to our clients, handles our deliveries on our behalf. The first point of contact for new customers is Chloe and she does exceptionally well with offering a polite, professional approach along with a warm welcome. We are a customer service based company, and in our previous premises we had our own receptionist who didn’t offer the same enthusiasm as Chloe seems to offer.
We had issues whilst expanding to a larger office, with the tenant who was leaving our new office not moving out when they should have done. Business First offered us temporary storage for our items, plus were very accommodating to allow us to work from the communal locations within the business centre.
What would you say the best thing Business First has done for your business is?
Business First have offered us a facility to look more professional. We feel more comfortable with CEOs of larger companies visiting us and we now feel that we offer a more trusted image.
