What’s your business called?

Butterfly Coaching & Development

What do you do?

We help professional businesses and people to improve their business through coaching and training.

Principally we use a range of behavioural and occupational psychological tools to coach people to achieve their goals. Whether personal, business or in life and health.

How many are in your team, and which Business First location are you in?

There are just two in the team at the moment, based in Northlight, Pendle.

What makes your business different to competitors?

We have over 30 years’ experience in people management and development, and are qualified in a wide range of tools and related therapies. We have also helped people through difficult periods that have made them stronger and more resilient for the future.

Why did you decide to operate from Business First?

I am local to the area and Northlight is simply an amazing space, regenerated from the unique history and industry of East Lancashire.

When did you first move into your office?

We moved in here in February 2022.

We have a wonderful space here, with great service and flexibility.

What’s next for your business?

We have recently launched our brand new website and from there hope to move up to a private office space as we grow.

We also plan to run some workshops for other businesses in the building to help them improve and grow.
