Inside Business First: Communicate SLT CIC

Communicate is a team of independent speech and language therapists providing high-quality services in the North West. After recently setting up office at our Blackpool Business Centre, we connected with Communicate to learn more about them.

What does your business do?

We provide Speech, Language and Communication Services and training commissioned by Local Authorities, schools and National organisations like the Education Endowment Foundation and Department of Education.

How did you hear about Business First?

We found Business First on a Google search for office space.

Why did you decide to operate from our offices?

The on-site car parking and the office is the right size in the right location. Also, the meeting room hire at the other Business First branches comes in handy as much of our team is dispersed across the North West.

When did you first move in/how long have you been at Business First?

We moved into Business First Blackpool in December 2021, so we have been here for nearly three months!

What benefits do you get from operating from Business First?

It's good to have the reception covered and have easy access to meeting rooms as well as a nice kitchen area.

Do you make use of the free facilities at Business First?

Yes, we definitely make the most of the meeting rooms!

How has Business First helped you to run your business successfully?

It has given the Fylde Coast team somewhere they can safely work, and hopefully, the team in Liverpool will soon use the meeting room there.

What would you say the best thing Business First has done for your business is?

It gives us the ideal space we need to run our business.

Would you recommend Business First to other SMEs?

Yes, we would recommend Business First. Their Blackpool branch is clean and modern. I like the door alert that connects to your phone and can use the meeting rooms in the other departments across the UK.
