We teach First Aid courses which are led by trained paramedics, mental health first aid, and safeguarding courses.

How did you hear about Business First?

I first heard about Business First when you took over the building. The director approached existing tenants to introduce the services offered and explained how Business First would enhance the facilities and improve the office space.

Why did you decide to operate from our offices?

The benefits are the office's location; it is easily accessible and with plenty of free parking for all of my clients.

When did you first move in/how long have you been at Business First?

I took the tenancy of our unit in June 2021, so around ten months.

Business First is a large company, with a lot of other premises. The serviced offices are clean and spacious.

They are improving the on-site facilities and existing office space to be on par with Business First's professional standards.

• Blended First aid at work: 6 hours of e-learning, followed by 2 days in the classroom
• Emergency first aid: 6 hours classroom
• Blended Paediatric first aid: 6 hours of e-learning, followed by 6 hours in the classroom
• Mental health first aid: 12 hours in the classroom
• All of the above courses are level 3, recognised courses
