For our latest blog post, we caught up with Keyplus Security, who are based at our Burnley centre. Read on to find out more about the business and why they chose Business First.

What does your business do?

Keyplus Security Ltd safeguards people, property and premises by carrying out routine patrols of buildings, yards and depots across the North West. Clients' out of hours security emergencies are attended by our 24/7 response team, which deals with all incidents on their behalf.

How did you hear about Business First offices in Burnley?

We heard there were some new offices in Burnley, so I called in and spoke to the lady on reception.

Why did you decide to operate from our offices?

Great location for us, easy access to the M65, parking, manned reception, meeting rooms.

When did you first move in to Business First?

We moved in in May 2010, so we've been here just over 7 years now.

How big is your office?

500 sq ft.

What benefits do you get from operating from Business First?

Modern office building, meeting rooms, receptionist.

Do you make use of the free facilities at Business First?

Staff use the gym and we use the meeting rooms occasionally.

What's the best thing Business First has done for your business?

Working from a relatively new and modern office building helps to maintain our professional image. We work hard on our branding and reputation, so operating from an old converted mill or back street lockup wouldn’t work for us.

Would you recommend Business First to other SMEs?

Yes.

What’s next for your business?

We are in a period of growth and expanding across the North West, so will be setting up a satellite office in Preston. There’s a possibility we may purchase our own office space within the next 12-18 months.
