We sat down with our Blackpool Business Centre tenant, Lab Creative to find out what they do and why they chose Business First.
What does your business do?
Digital marketing – social media marketing, paid ads, search engine results, Google ads, email marketing, web design.
What is your business called?
Lab Creative.
How did you hear about Business First?
I have been in the offices here from my previous employment.
Why did you decide to operate from our offices?
After working out of here for a few years previously, as soon as an office came available and I was ready for growth – I jumped at the chance.
When did you first move in/how long have you been at Business First?
March 2023, I’ve just moved in.
How big is your office?
250 sq ft
What benefits do you get from operating from Business First?
Manned reception from Hannah, meeting rooms, a nice space to work from, and great overall facilities.
Do you make use of the free facilities at Business First?
Absolutely, the board rooms were a huge selling point for me.
How has Business First helped you to run your business successfully?
It gives me a great space to be productive.
What would you say the best thing Business First has done for your business is?
It gives my business a very professional image, whilst keeping costs low and with this being my first year in business, that is the most important thing.
Would you recommend Business First to other SMEs?
Absolutely, it gives any business the professional image that they need, for a very affordable price.
What’s next for your business?
Growth! Hopefully, in 12 months time I will be able to go to a larger office here.
