- What does your business do?
Web Design and Branding solutions such as Logo Design, SEO and Digital Marketing. We help businesses just starting up to discover their brand and create an online presence. We also help businesses by redesigning their websites and revitalising their social channels to generate more leads and conversions. We have a range of different clients from Solicitors and Financial Advisors to Builders and Takeaways.
- What is your business called?
LSA Media Ltd. (LSA stands for Lytham St Annes, which is where we started. We also own Lytham St Annes News where we help promote the businesses we work with
- How did you hear about Business First?
One of our directors used to work at Blackpool’s Business First office a few years ago and always loved the modern office and facilities.
- Why did you decide to operate from our offices?
The offices are modern and affordable, with the opportunity to upgrade to a bigger office as we expand in the future. We previously worked in a shared office which was loud and could become messy, as well as hard to find for our clients. Business First is an excellent location, close to shops, easy to find and is always immaculate.
- When did you first move in/how long have you been at Business First?
We’ve only been with Business first for a month or so.
- How big is your office?
250 sq ft, but we’re hoping to upgrade to a bigger office as the business grows.
- What benefits do you get from operating from Business First?
We are delighted to hold meetings at Business First with our clients as it is a professional and welcoming environment. We have big clients in Blackburn where we can hold meetings at another Business First branch. We also love that the offices are so secure, giving us total peace of mind.
- Do you make use of the free facilities at Business First?
We will do! We will be holding meetings in other branches when we visit clients in other cities.
- How has Business First helped you to run your business successfully?
We needed a secure space, close to home that didn’t break the bank. The 50% off deal for the first 6 months is a brilliant incentive for us as a start-up business. Our previous shared office was so loud and disrupted our workflow. Having our own office space has helped tremendously in creating content for our clients.
- What would you say the best thing Business First has done for your business is?
Business First have a very professional approach, inspecting the room before we moved in to ensure we’re never overcharged for previous damage, making sure the office is fit for us to move in immediately.
- Would you recommend Business First to other SMEs?
We would definitely recommend Business First (we already have!), the offices are clean and the sign up is smooth. Hannah is always very helpful when we have any issues or questions.
- What’s next for your business?
We are currently looking to recruit creatives who will add new skills to our team!
