What's your business called?

Lupa Recruitment Limited, named after the historical she-wolf. 

What does your business do?

Lupa Recruitment is fundamentally a recruitment partnership agency. We see ourselves as an extension of our clients' businesses, representing them in a candidate-led market to ensure they are attracting the best talent.

We have the resources to work across multiple sectors, including commercial, sales, healthcare, construction and engineering, to name but I few. We can work on large scale projects and are happy to provide a bespoke, tailored service to meet our clients’ needs, to ensure they are getting the best value for their money.

How did you hear about Business First offices in Liverpool?

I have worked within Business First for over four years now in previous roles. As a small business, it is ideal for my needs - it has local amenities and it's straight off the motorway, making it very accessible for clients and candidates.

What benefits do you get from working out of Business First?

I have a comfortable and convenient environment, where I can meet with clients to consult on their individual needs as a business.

Do you make use of the free facilities at Business First?

My centre manager Jo always goes above and beyond to help, and greets my clients and candidates professionally.

I have made a lot of great friends within the Business First community. I am lucky to now be working with some of my office neighbours in a positive capacity, helping them grow their businesses.

What's the best thing Business First has done for your business?

Business First has taken away the hassle of complex contracts, as a point supplier. I am able to concentrate on my business.

Highly, it has been a game-changer for my business and for balancing working life with my home life. 

What’s next for Lupa Recruitment?

Growth….. as a new business we have much to accomplish in our first year. I am happy to have a chat with any business within the Business First community to discuss how we can support or improve their current recruitment processes.
