Triad Therapy offers affordable and accessible counselling and therapy. We provide a range of therapeutic interventions which include counselling, CBT, solution-focused, NLP, mindfulness and more.
From talking and humanistic approaches, to cognitive-based therapy, our goal is to help you grow from your issues, assist you with healing from your pain, and help move you forward to where you want to be in your life.

Why did you decide to operate from this centre?
After a visit. Our practice is welcoming, comfortable, pleasant, and a wonderful step forward for us. It's a convenient location, with ample parking and stunning views of Pendle.
When did you move in?
We moved into a 250 sq ft office space on the 1st of November 2019.
What are the benefits of basing yourself here?
The fact that it is a serviced office is great, as is the free gym for tenants to use. Business First gives Triad Therapy a more professional look and we'd recommend it to other SMEs.
