We have room hire facilities at our business centres in Burnley, Blackburn, Padiham, Blackpool, Preston and Paisley.

Whether you're organising a simple meeting, an interview session, group training, networking meetings or anything else, we have rooms suitable for your event available to hire.

Our rooms and facilities vary slightly at each centre, so we have put together a guide below to help to determine which centre location is best for your event and your specific requirements.

Padiham meeting room hire - Group First House

We have two business centres located on Shuttleworth Mead Business Park, Padiham. Both of these centres, Ribble Court and Group First House, have Padiham meeting rooms available to rent for meetings, events and training.

At Group First House, we have two boardrooms for hire, both of which seat ten people. One of these Padiham meeting rooms is located on the ground floor, while the second is situated on the first floor. 

Meeting room facilities at this centre include projectors which connect to HDMI cable, as well as complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits.

We also have an interactive whiteboard available for your meeting, training or event at our Padiham business centre, Group First House. 

Smart Kapp is the “share-as-you-go” whiteboard which lets users share notes with up to 250 people at a time, wherever they are in the world, by emailing them via JPEG or PDF. 

Remote, joint working has never been easier and you’ll save valuable travel time and costs by interacting in this way. Use of the interactive whiteboard and other facilities are included in the cost to rent a meeting room at Group First House, Padiham

Both of our Shuttleworth Mead, Padiham, business centres benefit from close proximity to Simply Classic bistro, which can cater your meeting or event and deliver food directly to the centre.

Padiham meeting room hire - Ribble Court 

Our Ribble Court business centre is also situated on Shuttleworth Mead, immediately on your left as you drive into the business park.

Here, we have one Padiham meeting room which seats eight people, with free tea, coffee and biscuits available for guests.

Like all of our business centres, our Ribble Court centre offers free parking to tenants and guests on-site.

The cost to hire the boardroom at our Padiham Ribble Court centre is £40 for half a day and £60 for a full day. To book it, email ribblecourt@businessfirst.co.uk

Burnley meeting room hire

If you're looking for a Burnley event venue or meeting room for hire, look no further than our Burnley business centre, which is situated off Liverpool Road, on Empire Way.

At our Burnley centre, we have two boardrooms for hire which seat around six people each. 

We also have two Burnley training rooms available to let to external companies, both of which seat around 18 people.

Facilities on offer at our Burnley meeting rooms for hire include wireless presentation software. 

ClickShare by Barco is a wireless presentation system which enables users to project onto our large screen easily and quickly. Use your laptop or mobile device to share what’s on your screen at the click of a button, or download the app to share remotely. 

This technology means no more cables, no more embarrassing technical mishaps, just smooth and professional presentations to wow your guests.

Other facilities include complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits for all guests.

Linwood meeting room hire 

Located at Linwood Point, our Paisley business centre has two boardrooms available to hire for meetings, training, interviews or networking events.

One of our Paisley boardrooms seats 10 people, while the other meeting room is suitable for 14 people.

Both of these meeting rooms at our Paisley centre feature television screens which users can connect to laptops, as well as WiFi and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits.

As the centre is close to Glasgow Airport, our Paisley meeting rooms are a convenient choice for businesses with international connections.

Blackburn meeting room hire

Our Blackburn business centre, located just off the M65 motorway on Centurion Way, has two boardrooms available to let to anyone looking for high quality, modern Blackburn meeting rooms.

Both of the boardrooms to rent at our Blackburn centre are located on the ground floor, just off our reception area for easy access.

Facilities include WiFi and TV screen with whiteboards and markers included.

There is also complimentary team, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk available to guests who book one of our Blackburn boardrooms for their meeting or event.

These air-conditioned boardrooms seat six to eight people, with extra chairs available if required.

Blackpool meeting room hire

Blackpool Business First centre is located on Amy Johnson Way, within the Blackpool Enterprise Zone. Here, we have two Blackpool boardrooms to rent, both of which seat between six and 10 people.

When booking our Blackpool meeting rooms for hire, guests can enjoy facilities including a projector which can connect to laptops, as well as free tea, coffee and biscuits.

Preston meeting room hire

At our Preston business centre, we have boardrooms available to rent in Millennium Way development.

Two Preston meeting rooms are available to hire here, both seating between six and 10 individuals.

Guests are welcome to use presentation facilities as well as enjoying free tea, coffee and biscuits.
