Jen: "We're just off the M62, close to Liverpool Airport in the South Liverpool area of Speke."

What's the role of the Liverpool business centre manager?

Jen: "We take care of the day-to-day running of the business centre. We set the boardrooms up, show new tenants around and keep our current tenants happy!"

Adele: "I'm the centre manager for block A. The two centres are virtually the same with a few little differences. There are three boardrooms over on my side and two boardrooms and a large training room which sits up to 16 people just off reception in block B, which is managed by Jen."

What facilities are available in the boardrooms and training room?

Jen: "All parts of the centres benefit from free WiFi. Meeting rooms come with all the latest presentation equipment, like HD projectors, as well as free tea and coffee!"

Who uses the boardrooms and training room?

Jen: "The boardrooms are popular with all kinds of businesses and the training room, in particular, is useful for tenants of ours who are training providers. They wouldn't necessarily have the square footage in their offices to accommodate that many people, so having that facility helps them run their business."

What kitchen facilities are available at Business First Liverpool?

Jen: "We have two newly refurbished kitchens, one at each centre. Both now come with a Quooker hot tap!"

Adele: "There's two microwaves, dishwashers, two fridges and tables and chairs in each kitchen where people can sit and eat their lunch away from the office.

What else is at Liverpool business centre?

Adele: "In block A we have a gym which is free for tenants to use. It's fully air conned and has all the equipment you need, like treadmills, cross trainers and free weights.

Jen: "Once you've tried out the free weights, it's a painful day in the office the next day!"

"And the closer on the whole deal is usually the cafe!"

What do you think is people's first impression of Business First Liverpool?

Adele: "When people walk in they think it looks really professional. It's different, it's a lot nicer than they expect."

Jen: "In our local area, if you want facilities like this you'd have to go to the city centre. So it's great to have this kind of office space in the south of Liverpool."

What's the atmosphere like in the centres?

Jen: "We all have quite a strong bond in the centres. Everyone's definitely rooting for each other and everyone just wants to do really well. That Liverpool vibe tends to weave itself in!"

What's the best thing about Liverpool Business First?

Adele: "It's better than any other centre because you don't just get one centre manager. You get two for the price of one!"
